Who We're Looking For

We are looking for sincere, well qualified teachers who can teach the Quran with correct Tajweed and treat every student with patience and respect. Not every item below is compulsory — the ones marked preferred will strengthen your application, but you are welcome to apply without them.

Accurate recitation of the Holy Quran with correct Tajweed.
Clear pronunciation and sound knowledge of Makharij al-Huruf.
Ability to teach Nazra, Tajweed or Noorani Qaida confidently.
A patient, kind and encouraging manner with students of all ages.
Comfortable communicating with students and parents in Urdu or English.
A working laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
A quiet, distraction-free space to take your classes from.
Punctuality and commitment to a fixed weekly schedule.
Hafiz-e-Quran. Preferred
Ijazah or Sanad in Quran recitation. Preferred
Previous experience teaching online, one to one. Preferred
A formal Islamic qualification such as Shahadat-ul-Alamia or a degree in Islamic Studies. Preferred
